- Urban Scholars Outreach Program (USOP) and the Dr. A.N.V. Rao Gurukulam Program (RGP) offer free educational assistance to underprivileged youth in the community and would like to invite you to join our award winning program this semester in educating today's youth.
We are located on the third floor of Cooper Hall from 10:00AM-12:00Noon.
Our Saturday program (USOP) started this semester on January 12, 2013 and our Sunday program (RPG) started January 13, 2013. Attached find the Academic Calendars for both USOP and RGP.
Registrations forms can be found online or filled out the first day you volunteer.

- Immediate need for caring volunteer tutors to help adult learners
- SERVE and the Hillsborough County Public Schools Adult Education Department need volunteers to assist adult students, age 16 and older, who are enrolled in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Adult Basic Education/GED preparation classes. Tutors may assist with basic academic skills, GED reading, GED math, employability skills, family literacy, practical life skills, and learning to speak, read, and write English. Please call SERVE at 872-5254, ext 224 to sign up for one of the following informational sessions. Hurry! Seats are limited!
